Paul Walker stickers / Sabine Schmitz

We have a fella near us who has a 407 with at least 5 stickers relating to Paul Walker on it, his car he can do what he likes, but I’ve never understood the number of stickers for Paul Walker you see


Today I saw the 407 and it has a Nurburgring logo with Sabine in the middle

Do I need to buy a sticker machine and start planning my retirement?

I would personally never put a sticker on my car to commemorate anyone or any thing, I think it is utterly cringeworthy and embarrassing, but I can mostly understand why some people do it.

I suppose if you are passionate enough about something then you will always have heroes or people you look up to, and upon their passing, I guess some people feel a strong urge to mark this or remember them in some way.

Some overly-emotional people will still be mourning the passing of Michael Jackson. For others it will be Colin McCrae, Ayrton Senna, Paul Walker, etc.

These people will be in the minority, so I wouldn't suggest a 'memorial sticker printing business' to be the best investment if I'm honest

I've seen a few Paul walker ones. No idea why the need to put stickers on cars of actors

As for Sabine not seen any yet

I’m sure it’s a reference to a film I have no intention of watching but the Paul Walker “dude i almost got you” sticker makes me cringe, especially as it’s usually on a W reg Astra coupe with obligatory “Hoonigan” windscreen sticker... May as well have “I wasn’t fast enough” on your car.

Marco Simoncelli.
Great Late Moto GP rider.
All bike racing enthusiasts will know about him.
Killed in a really freak accident, shown live on TV unfortunately.
A real future World Champion.
I visited a Museum dedicated to him in his home village Coriano, in Italy.
Valentino Rossi's best friend.
Usually stuck next to a VR46 sticker.

There is a shrine of similar tat on a nearby dual carriage way after a local chap ran out of talent in his M3 and joined Paul Walker.
The council should remove it all.

Only seen a handful of #58 stickers, when I sold my GSXR I removed it and glued it to my tool chest. Crazy that it was ten years ago this October.

Agreed. Whats weird enough is that these people pay tribute to people they've watched on the telly by putting stickers on their cars but I bet they won't be putting a sticker on to pay tribute to a loved family member etc?
