If he's got any interest at all in science/engineering, what about something from the minimuseum? Plenty to choose from, with added bonus that due to his age he'll be able to see the artefact without any real problem!

I got two engraved hip flasks for my 21st.

Have never used either of them but I still have them and apart from a special "night to remember" from the first Mrs Dave they are the only two presents I can remember getting or where they came from.

Everything else must have been drunk or eaten or thrown out and long forgotten.

I got a tanker for my 18th, honestly it's never left the box and it's in the loft somewhere now. I would just go with the bottle of Vodka if that's what he drinks, he will enjoy it more

yes he like's getting pissed, like most 21 years old do. I just don't want to get something that end up in the loft, so will go with a Bottle of the Au Vodka, gold bottle and all.
