At last - poetic justice seen to be done!!

Stuck in a queue of traffic today, two cyclists carefully "undertook" us and several other cars whilst stationary. No problem with that at all but driver ahead decides he doesn`t like this idea so pulls onto verge to stop them getting passed (he had already been doing dangerous overtaking before the queue). Traffic moves along and comes to a stand still several more times with driver ahead responding to the cyclists by blocking them each time. By now there are hand gestures and "words" back and forth.
Then they outsmart his "pea brain" and cross the road to get on a pathway. Other drivers are now sniggering that he`s been out smarted and we all assume that`s the end of it, but no - "Tosser" decides on one more stab at blocking the cyclists by steaming into the oncoming lane over the double white line and chequered island and onward up the hill toward the blind brow of the hill/junction (an accident black spot known by the locals) where we are just able to see him pull onto the path on the wrong side of the road in order to block the cyclists. At this point we thought there would be some sort of altercation but on finally catching up at the brow of the hill/junction, we see that there has been an accident and the Police attending that have seen chummy and are busy throwing the book at him - including not wearing a seat belt!!:hehe:
All the passing motorists (including me) indulged themselves calling out a feast of colurful words and a variety of hand signals:rofl:
It was truly satisfying to see such a complete tosser getting his just rewards ;)

Still, to give a counter-example, a mate who commutes thru Paris daily on a bike (and is thus a full ham salad short of a picnic) got side-swiped by some woman last year. When she got out of her car he was lying dazed on the ground bleeding freely from his jaw. She asked him to "hurry up" as she was running late. "I'll try and bleed more quickly", he said, amongst other things.
He's currently off work for two months having dislocated his shoulder in another bike crash (surgery, steel pin, bone sticking out of shoulder style of dislocation). I am inclined to believe he is at least partially responsible for his bike crashes.

Indeed - I once overtook a woman and she sped up to close the gap, forcing me to overtake the next car as well. Then when I hit traffic she got out of her car to give me a b@llocking for dangerous driving! It was perfectly safe until she went all menstrual!

Whilst not wishing to start a "women drivers" tit for tat, name calling nonsense thread I have to agree with pdv6 here. Both sexes are well capable of pretty stupid and aggressive acts behind the wheel.
That pointed out I will agree that there are indeed some mindlessly aggressive blokes out there...

Whilst driving within the speed limit the other day I had a woman in a Rover tailgate me so I put my foot down. She shouldnt have taigated me and I shouldnt have pulled away at 100leptons
