Phone and ask them. Report the suspicious behaviour see what happens. Could be DHSS spying on benefit cheats, insurance investigator spying on suspicious claimant, undercover journalists, etc etc.

Yep. It's from the 20,000 new officers we got. We're aiming for one unmarked car on every street by the end of 2025.

I don’t think the Police do this. I know for a fact that the Police do this and I’ve got the footage from inside the van.

The ones I’ve seen before have been marked up to look like British Gas or BT vans.

We have had unmarked cars/patrols in our estate for a few months as they have been monitoring a house that had no snow on the roof when it snowed...

6am last week they kicked the door in and found 1 person inside and a whole farm of green.

A shock for most people as the area/town is quite nice. But it was pretty obvious when you looked at the house.

I was questioning the BT Gas van and the police using them, often quoted, occasionally suggested, doesn't happen for pretty sensible reasons.
