Odd compression dents on bumper

Afternoon all,
I bought a mk8 Fiesta recently second hand which is perfect except these two unusual ‘dents’ on the front bumper. They are very shallow and look like something rested on the paint/bumper and left indentations. Has anyone seen something like this before and how they can be resolved (hair dryer etc) as opposed to full on repair and respray?
