V8 Vantage 2011 CD Player

My CD player works fine mechanically (6 CD stack) but tracks above track 3 or 4 of any CD in any of the 6 slots suffer distortion.

I'm guessing it's a tracking issue, and the unit will probably have to be removed. Can anyone tell me if there's a handy video showing me how I can get it out?
