I have 15-20 years to retirement.

I have a monthly DD which goes into VWRL.

Investing a smallish lump sum and happy to push the risk rating higher given the timeframe.

What would you recommend? Any views/experiences of other spicier funds/ETFs available on the Vanguard platform?

Thanks

Phooey

I'm in similar position and will probably go FTSE100 UCITS or/and 250 UCITS

My wife's sipp holds Global small-cap index which seems slightly more volatile.

I want global equity, but I’m personally U.K.-biased at present because domestic stocks have been laggards for 5 years, so I think there’s some potential there.

As such I’m in VLS100 because it is U.K.-biased. FTSE350 if you want to put more eggs in the British basket. If you don’t want to pick particular economies then VWRL remains ever-sensible in my opinion.

Just to add another option for 100% Equities: FTSE Global All Cap (Acc)

I recently switched to above from the VLS 100, nothing wrong with the VLS and it could be said that the timing isn't great given that the UK is relatively 'cheap' and VLS has a larger UK allocation however I've been wanting to switch for a while so got it done.

VWRP (accumulation version of VWRL distribution ETF) would be a better option for the OP but, as they are on the Vanguard platform this is not available to them.
