E Sim

Having googled and failed and having tried to contact voda and failed has anyone activated an e sim with Vodafone recently?

I just joined vodafone on a sim only deal. There was no option to set up as an e sim so a physical sim will arrive shortly.

Any idea how to move from the physical sim to the e sim?

Sim only normally is contract - just no phone and as a result far cheaper monthly bills - I've been that route for about 10 years now.

Yes it is a 12 month contract. It’s a second line with them

Edit - thanks for the link. It’s the obtaining of the QR code but that I’m struggling with. Not sure where to get that from

Have you gone through the swap your physical sim to an esim link ?

you then get a confirmation mail with the QR code ..


( or at least that's how it worked two months ago )
