Where to post online for it to be found in the future

Long story cut short - We bought a niche product from a dishonest 'professional' seller/dealer. We researched the dealer before buying the product, and found no bad feedback. Product was not as described, warranty given was not honoured.

Dealer was threatening and abusive and despite our consumer rights being violated, we had to go down legal channels to get our money back. We have since found lots of bad feedback/experiences on this dealer in private facebook groups, there is nothing in the public domain, perhaps because he's threatening.

Where would be the best place to post our experience, so that people will find it in the future when running a search for the person/company name.

They are not registered on Google so google reviews are a no go. I did consider registering a domain name and posting a website, but don't really want to start a war with these people, just think that if someone searches for their name, they should hear of our experience.

Set up a free blog on WordPress and write up a few posts on there. Might work. Might not.

The trick though is to get your content indexed by a search engine - some of these services will do that automatically.

Have they got any social media like Twitter etc?

Do they have a Trustpilot page? It's not easy to keep negative reveiws on there though, but just try being as factual as you can.
