Courier recommendations for a laptop I’ve sold

I’ve sold a used laptop on eBay. I don’t think I can use RMSD as batteries are on their exclusions list. Can anyone recommend a reliable courier to post it with please?

Ive used RM Special Delivery for laptops before, and they'll put 'lithium battery' sticker on the package. I don't think they exclude batteries that are internal - although I may be wrong (their exclusion list is pretty long.)

Ive just had a look, and this is what their prohibited items list says:

(YES Batteries, specifically new alkaline metal, nickel metal hydride (NiMH), nickel cadmium (NiCd), zinc-air and zinc chloride Packaging guidelines: Must be new and sent unopened in their original retail packaging. Surround with cushioning material e.g. bubble wrap.


(NO)Batteries, specifically new and used lithium batteries when not sent with or connected to an electronic device
(including power banks)

My work use UPS the couple of times I've had my laptop replaced.
Sent in the box connected to it.
Didn't have any issues so far.

Check out DPD’s excluded items list for a giggle. If people actually stuck to this list, no one would send anything with DPD. Clothes is on it, for example! And numerous other things that must be sent thousands of times a day. Madness. I’d send it with Royal Mail tbh. Apart from the obvious no nos (like explosives) I am pretty sure the excluded items list is arse covering.
