"STEP on the gas if you want to cut your fuel consumption. That's some of the advice you'll get from a new dashboard device that tells you how to drive more efficiently. It could reduce your fuel costs by a sixth and you'll still get from A to B as quickly as before, say Dutch and Swedish transport experts."
