Hello all. New to this. Had a chance encounter with one of you saturday morning. Thanks for all the advice (you know who you are!!) Got to witness back to back standing start take offs from two 3200s, one with std boxes and yours with Tubi Styles. Chalk and cheese springs to mind - you could gauge my reaction by the width of my grin!! But hey.....are they too loud???

Hi - if it was a red 3200 with a tubi then that was me at the dealers!

Personally I think the tubi is the right sound for the car - it's fairly agressive, but if you drop the car into a high gear to tootle around it doesn't get too annoying.

What it does mean is that you can hear the noise with the windows up under hard accelleration - and I find it much easier to change gear now as I can do it by ear, rather than watching the rev counter!!!

Good to meet you BTW and welcome to pistonheads - theyre a good bunch on this forum and a fiar few 3200's here so a great resource if you've got a question! Good luck with the 3200 - it looks like you've got a good one there.

Yep - It was you Mr Tony! Good to meet you to. Yeah looks like I have a good one(have I just cursed myself?). It only went in for the track day check over and now, as you know, I'm into discs, pads (front and rear - ouch) and have yet to hear about the cause/rectification for the sudden loss of oil pressure. Is yours in for the steering rack mod this week?

dropped it in this am (after a glorious run round the lanes to get there!!! ). Steering rack will get done hopefully by Wednesday when my Morgan is ready for collection.

Great cars to own, they do cost a few quid to run, but theres always that moment when you're driving when you realise its all worth it!
