Replacing headlight wipers on a W123

Morning all,
Hopefully someone can help? I am trying to replace the wiper blade on my W123 wagon using part number A 123 820 01 45 (the correct one) but for the life of me I cannot work it out.
That plastic part on top of the blade is removable but I have no idea how I get it to stay in the arm. Any help is greatly received.
