X3 M40d - losing favourite/presets

[Smoggy99]

Hi,

Anyone have any experience of their car losing its favourites or preset memory for radio etc?

Its happened a couple of times with no reason why, car is a 69 plate with 9k mileage....anyone have any similar experience?

Thanks
