Provider of Merchant Services and Direct Debit Payments

Hi All

Can anyone recommend a company who provide reasonably priced merchant services (I need a physical terminal), a payment gateway service for website integration, and also can handle setting up direct debit payments from customers? I currently use 3 different providers, and ideally would have one that did all three.
