What glue to stick detached headlining back?

The headlining in my son's Skoda is coming away at the front edge of the windscreen.

It's attached to some kind of sculptured former (I presume cardboard or similar) what glue can I use to re-attach it?

I wondered about spray contact adhesive, but I'm not sure if that'll cause the cloth lining to shrink? Or go hard even?

3m make a specific headliner adhesive. - 3M 38808.

Just channel your inner blue peter and use a cut up cereal box to avoid glue on the screen.
