That's interesting, one of the secretaries at work was saying the other day how they used to do this with just-baked bread in Jamaica when she was growing up. Not heard of it before.

Best way however is to make two small holes in can, then suck it out.

Umm I did go to a mainly boys prep school but I went to girls boarding school all those years ago

Edit to say I still like condensed milk from the tin spread on top of a digestive biscuit

It was a bit salty, but there seemed to be a neverending supply of the stuff. One of the benefits of being Tubby Stoker's fag I suppose.

It comes in tins, and is really sticky and sweet - I think its usually in the baking/UHT milk aisle in the snoopermarket. Not to be confused with the carnation runny stuff that goes on tinned fruit at my nans house.

Great stuff! We had a cat which used to like it diluted with some hot water. It used to drink about 3/4 of a pint of the stuff, you could see it visibly straining and barrel shaped, it would hop outside and then throw it all up. Priceless!

Me and my Dad used to sit and do this when we were off camping round England in an old converted Transit van in the 70s. My mum thought we were disgusting!
