AUDI TT MK3 B&O Speaker problems

I have a problem with both front door speakers/woofers.
Left side either does not work or is intermittent. Right side has a strange and very noticeable vibration with certain types of bass (even at extremely low volume, equally some bass can be played as loud as you like without issue).
Anyone experienced anything similar? Know if it is likely to be the speakers or the amp? Also any tips on accessing the speakers would be appreciated.
