Hi, got the dreaded ESS Required message, fault codes P0136 and P0137 O2 sensor circuit bank 1 sensor 2 and O2 sensor circuit low voltage bank 1 sensor 2

Is it best to reset and see if they reappear or to get looked at by specialist?

I had them on/off for a few years eventually the same code came up quite often, like every few weeks and ended up replacing the relevant O2 sensors.

Just reset them and see if they come back.

Based on those codes, I would give them a clear and see if they come back.

At least you have provided the codes and they are 'minor'.

I was getting the same dash error message and found it to be the slow bank response (Can't remember the exact codes) and I ended up getting some new upstream lambda sensors as the error kept coming back.
