I was about to purchase a facelift C63S Estate when we hit a snag. The purchase of that car may be delayed, so now looking at GLC 63 both are 2019 cars.

My question is that on the facelift 2019 ( 19 reg ) with the estate I "think" ( as I am not an expert ) I am getting the latest version. And its an S and its beautiful.

The GLC is not an "S" should that be a big deal? is there a facelift that was due is due for 2019 ( 68 reg ) cars that I should be aware of?

GLC was updated in 2019 to the Facelift, but it also lost some of the sound...!

The S does have a few nice features over the standard inc some extra power.

I wouldn’t go for one with less spec than Premium Plus

I recently had a GLC 63S. It was the one of the best and worst cars I've ever owned. The engine is obviously an event but the geometry is a joke. Mercedes are aware of the issue with the AMG GLCs but stick their head in the sand.

I still have an ongoing fight with the dealer. Changing tyres does not resolve it. It is frustrating at best, dangerous at worst. I'd honestly steer very clear.

They do modified steering knuckles to help with tyre skipping, Might he worth checking to see if your vehicle has had them fitted.

I had the knuckles fitted to my 350d which cured the issue, but as far as I was aware they don't fit the AMG's.
