Company car advice please - which one?

I've been given a list for a company car and I've narrowed it down to these three:
Golf R line TDI 150 Manual
Kia Niro 1.6 GDI Hybrid 4 DCT
Toyota CHR 1.8 Design DCT
The golf is the best quality by far but the downside is its a manual and also a diesel.
The Kia seems to have a great spec and is auto but also is very slow which makes overtaking tedious.
The Toyota seems to be much the same as the Kia just a bit more ugly in my opinion.
I'll have to have it for 4 years and the BIK between them isn't massive. I'm currently doing about a combined private and business miles of 15k. I'm not able to opt out of the scheme.
Any advice/opinions would be appreciated!

What type of mileage are you doing?
If your commutes are mainly city / town then the Kia or Toyota will suit better being an auto and hybrid. I've not driven the Kia, but we have a fleet of CHR's and they are slow, thirsty and noisy on the motorway.
So for everything else especially motorway miles the Golf Tdi is the better car and that engine is great. For me being a diesel and manual would appeal, especially if the BIK is similar.

OP, out of those pretty uninspiring choices I would go for the Golf despite it being diesel and manual.
The others will just frustrate you for most of the 4 years and the MK8 looks to be an excellent design with some good tech.

But yes, a hybrid on an A road/motorway is not a pleasant experience.

I would of preferred a Gti or Gte alas I'm not powerfully built enough for those! In fact driving for pleasure isn't really important for me anymore since owning a motorbike. I prefer to have something comfy and relaxing; shame I couldn't get the DSG varient OP, out of those pretty uninspiring choices I would go for the Golf despite it being diesel and manual.

Bristol's desire for an all out diesel ban got thrown out and they're instead looking at imposing a £9/day charge to diesels that aren't Euro 6 compliant, I think it also applies to petrol cars which are older than Euro 3 compliance. Pretty blank cars you've got to choose from, I'd be going for the Golf - If you're sat on motorways and A roads then the manual element is far less significant than the self-loathing you'd have to choose the Niro over it. As you know Bristol has backtracked from their total diesel ban (because their vehicles are diesel) & have reverted to ULEZ regs so any Euro6 diesel is fine, ask if the Leon/Octavia are available as their slightly lower prce may mean you can get an Auto version.I'm just concerned about any upcoming diesel bans/charges in cities; I'm Bristol based.

Out of those three it would be the Golf.
OP, what are the budget and other constraints that narrow it to these 3?
I am amazed that in todays social economic climate you are not being actively encouraged to look at a low BIK plug in hybrid/full EV of some kind. Whilst I understand you have to drive it for 4 years, if your priorities are comfort/toys/quiet, then it really is no drama if it is slower than a 150bhp golf. Why would you spend your well earned £ on TAX just because it is a golf?
