Looking to tune Ford Duratec 2.5l engine

Looking to fit a Ford 2.5l Duratec engine into a Mazda 2.0 track day car.
Would appreciate thoughts/ideas on tuning the engine to get above 200bhp.
Have read that the best way to go is with a replacement cam, remap and free flow exhaust manifold.
Any positive and useful comments appreciated.
