Ok gastronomes, I have a whole sea bass in the freezer.

How shall I cook it?

It doesnt even tinge the flesh of the fish with that horrid dried sperm of satan taste that salt has.

Its a fair cop, I am not intimiatly familiar with the big horny fellas dessicated man fat however if I was I would imagine it to taste not unlike the most evil of condiments...

Seriously, the suggestions above will do it justice. Just make it up to the fish by washing it down with a very fine white wine.

Bought it in a flash of inspiration, then realised it would be off by the time I had a chance to cook it unless I froze it - the better of the 2 evils I thought.

Perhaps I'll do it justice with a nice cold Chablis Premier Cru.
