Does anyone have an email address of anyone at Tesla who will repsond to a complaint?

I'll not go into the details on here, but I've had a resolver case going since February and they just don't respond and apparently I'm at the highest level on resolver, so my next steps are court, which is probably OTT for a complaint.

Thanks all for any advice.

If you’re not already a member it might be worth joining Tesla Owners UK on facebook. There’s a lot of advice available there, and it will be a good way to find the contact details you need.

I'm surprised that after 15 hours this thread is still sat here rather than in the Tesla forum?

Then again, as it isn't pro Tesla, I imagine there will be few complaints. wink

The warranty guide also states this

Your new vehicle and its safety items comply with your local motor vehicle laws. For all owners of the vehicle, to the fullest extent allowed by your local law, Tesla requires that you first provide Tesla, during the applicable warranty period specified in this New Vehicle Limited Warranty, with written notification of any defects you have experienced within a reasonable time to allow Tesla an opportunity to make any needed repairs before you pursue any remedy under your local laws.

Please send your written notification to:
Tesla Motors Netherlands B.V.
Atlasstraat 7-9, 5047 RG
Tilburg, Netherlands

Attention: Vehicle Service

Please include the following information:
• Your name and contact information;
• VIN;
• Name and location of the Tesla Store and/or Tesla Service Center nearest you;
• Vehicle delivery date;
• Current mileage;
• Description of the defect; and
• History of the attempts you have made with a Tesla Store or a Tesla representative to resolve
the concern, or of any repairs or services that were not performed by a Tesla Service Center or
Tesla authorized repair facility.

Whether thats still applicable post brexit I have not idea.

But I wouldn't hold out much hope. People have taken Tesla to court over various matters like the eMMC issue and Tesla don't even bother turning up, although they do eventually pay up if the court rules against them

Maybe it’s because no one really cares hehe

You could report it yourself, but in any case it’s moved now.

Is the car on finance?

Did you purchase it in your own name, or as a company?

Have you given Tesla the opportunity to repair the defect?

What mileage have you covered, and what date did you purchase the vehicle?
