5G Router with Sim Slot

Hi all

I have just moved into a place that has strong 5G signal inside. Speeds of around 300mbps.

I wanted to buy a 5G router with a sim slot that I can put an unlimited data sim in, as Sky can only offer me ~30mbps.

I did have one before but it was 4G, when I look for a 5G one I can't seem to find one that has the sim slot and will allow the 5G signal.

Can anyone help? Would be much appreciated!

HUAWEI 5G CPE Pro would be a good choice

Thanks FunkyGibbon, I wasn't expecting to need to pay that much. No cheaper options similar to the 4G prices?

I think 3 and EE do 5G monthly SIM deals that include that router. There is very little choice the moment. Netgear do one at over £700!

I was thinking of a 5G 'MiFi' device to replace my now ancient TP-Link 4G version. One look at the price, and I think I'll wait a year or two. My business / line of work also precludes certain manufacturers - some of my clients won't allow Huawei kit on site for example, so I'm tied to buying one of the more expensive options.

Apart from the Huawei CPE pro 2 - which is even better

But the prices aren't really retail friendly at the moment
