If you don't mind having a gas bottle version, a Cadac Carri Chef 2 might be an idea. Well within budget, comes with storage bags for when you put it away in the winter. Ours lived inside the caravan throughout lockdown and is still fine. Think the cooking surface is about 47cms iirc, comes with a built in temperature gauge too and for those days when it's windy, the lid doubles up as a windbreak.

Weber 57cm. They are amazingly well built and will last for ages if you look after it and keep it under a Weber cover.
