2018 SQ7 Diesel fuel gauge and engine oil max warning

Hi all,

I've had these 2 problems for a month or so, not sure if they are related.

1. The fuel gauge is jumping up and down by itself, i.e. sometimes it shows it has a full tank when it clearly didn't or it just over estimates. I suspect it has also stopped me from filling the whole tank as well as the nozzle just cuts off.

2. Warning light says "Please reduce your engine oil level", sometimes it disappears after a restart but otherwise it's just there all the time.

The car is still in warranty and booked in for diagnosis but I thought it's worth checking here to potentially save time at the dealer.

Leave it for the dealer. Could be any number of things.
