All was fine on my car but like most cars that have been laid up due to lock down things stop working.

I can open my bonnet of the fob but now via the sill switch. I've bought a replacement switch but still the boot and the bonnet won't open via the switch. I had a read of the fuse box legend but don't know which fuse to check.

The battery is well charged, has good cranking ability , any tips on what to check

Thanks

By the switch do you mean when using the switches beside the drives seat? If so, i had a fault that needed that unit replacing, luckily under warranty so it may be that switching unit.

Thanks, it won't open via the sill switch and i've fitted a replacement. Thankfully i've managed to get the bboot open via the emergency pull cord under the rear left hand light by using some looped welding wire.

Assuming you haven't done this already, you might just need to drive it round for a bit to reset things..or just disconnect your battery for a bit for force a reset.
