Hyperoptic Broadband. Any experiences?

Notwithstanding the fact that we live in Manchester City Centre, until now there has been no fibre optic service provider available to us.

Hyperoptic have now finished installing fibre broadband into the building we live in and it should be going live anytime now. I’m going to sign up probably for the 500mb service.

They seem to be a relatively new company so has anyone used them and what is their service like?

We've used them on jobs in London and not had any issues. Seem a good value service. I've not used the support...

I had it in a flat I was renting for a year or so. Worked great, no issues at all

With them for a few years now (150Mb connection) and can't fault them.
