Moving Apple Photos Library to MS OneDrive??

Currently my Apple Photos library (around 90gb in size being over 16000 photos) sits within Dropbox as I have a Pro subscription.

This is up for renewal next month & got me thinking given only the Apple Photos library sits there, is it worth keeping?

I’m also using my MacBook less & my Alienware laptop more, however my mobile device preference is & likely to remain Apple.

I do have OneDrive setup so all my 16000 photos that reside on my phone within Camera Roll are also stored in OneDrive & thus can be viewed on my Windows laptop with no issues & any new photo I take with my phone gets uploaded to OneDrive.

Will be keeping my MacBook so will likely always have at least one Apple laptop, so is it as simple as just copying the Apple Photos library from its current Dropbox folder to the OneDrive folder & then pointing the Apple Photos application on my MacBook to it’s new OneDrive location?

Also, if I use my DSLR & upload those photos to Apple Photos that would now be residing in OneDrive using my MacBook, would I see them on my iPhone Camera Roll as I’m guessing I would see them in their relevant Phots App folders if I save say a holiday photo into my Holidays iPhoto Events folder?
