2015 steering wheel buttons Phone/Radio

Hi all
I have recently purchased my first DB9.
I am having issues with the steering wheel buttons controlling the phone and radio.
The buttons just don’t seam to do anything.
I cannot turn the radio up or down and they will also not answer or end a call (or change the volume)
The car went back to the company that I bought it from and they took it to Aston Martin who reprogrammed the buttons but when I got it back it’s still the same.

Any ideas. Is it me?

On my V8V, I'm pretty sure the buttons don't operate the radio volume, they are just for the phone. I've not tried it when the phone is connected up for music though. Have you tried it with the cables plugged into the phone?

The buttons should work once the ignition is on. The volume buttons affect whatever is playing at the time, so if its music, then its music volume, if you're on the phone, then its phone volume and if the Nav is announcing at the time, then its Nav volume.

If non of your buttons are working, then there is definitely something wrong.

There is another button out of sight. It is on the steering wheel, behind the buttons you are talking about.
It changes music to the next track.

I didn't know it did that. I did know that it zooms the maps (at least it does on my 2015 car)
