Looks a bit bigger to me. Could it be a Simca 8 (nee Fiat 1100) coupe ?

I don't think it's a Topolino, not only does it look bigger but the no. plate and front lights look different as well. Simca looks to be a better match, and it's French! There weren't many 'foreign' cars in France back then.

Definitely not a Topolino - too long. Definitely a Simca or coupe Renault.
