Waitrose smokey steak rub - sadly discontinued

Has anyone found anything close? US-style are all too sugary.

Smoked pakrika, smoked salt, pepper, garlic granules, onion granules a little light brown sugar and whatever other herbs and spices you want.

I usually start with this base but usually add other ingredients as I feel nessesary in half or full teaspoon incriments
