Hello piston heads

My 2010 j10 qashqai is reaching end of its life
I have 2 kids and they are starting school soon yaaayy.

I was wondering if you guys have any good suggestion for me on used or new cars.i was thinking of selling my qashqai but due to financial restraints i can only afford 150 to 160 ppm with 1500 deposit.

I want to do a hire purchase so I can own the car at the end as never know when qashqai dies.

It's around 4.5k in the market the qashqai soninjabe decided to keep it as long as it can run no point me selling it as I won't be getting a suv that size in such low budget.

I have narrowed down a few your insight and expert opinion is highly appreciated

1.yaris 2016 hybrid no road tax and ppm on used almost within budget on HP

2.ford fiesta a bit smaller for 2.kids seat in back

3.ioniq used 2016 17 hard to get less than 40 50000 miles and good condition

4.suzuiki swift expensive and smaller than Yaris

Seems to me Yaris is best all-rounder hybrid low maintenance and zero tax per year.

Any other cars would you guys suggest
Please or if any excellent deals for above to save me some more cash

Thanks guys

Firstly I'm astonished an 11 he old car is nearing the end of it's life. What have you done to it?

Wouldn't a personal loan be more beneficial than HP in this instance due to Interest rates?

Check what you can borrow to understand your borrowing budget as the monthly payment alone doesn't give much to work with.

Hehe I have been so cruel to it
Well it has got multiple issues like xpf filter and few mechanical work under suspension etc it's costing me a lot of money and time.
Hence I've decided to buy a hybrid or something of sorts

If you can only afford 150 per month, I'd suggest getting a personal loan & workout what you can get after securing a loan.

A hybrid is more complicated & more expensive to service than a regular petrol engine, so I'd say go for a petrol as maintenance doesn't seem to be a strong point on your part.

I'd say look for an Astra you'll get a nice newer shape one for sensible money.

That's a good shout on the Astra.
Similar ilk, Peugeot 308.
