Steering wheel renovation help

So.... the previous owner was a mobility driver.

The steering wheel, although subtle/not 'bad looks like the keeper was wearing more rings than they had fingers.... either that or razor sharp nails and brillo pad hands!


Any tips on which kit to buy (the choice is endless) and any go-to how to do vid recommendations?
