De chrome front grille surround

I’ll be picking up a nearly new Volvo S60 T8, it’s model year 2020 which has a black grille but the surround is chrome, model year 2021 and the Polestar version has a all black grille and surround. Could someone tell me the best way to de chrome?

Would a gloss black vinyl wrap be suitable and applied without removing the grille? The car is black and to my eyes the all black looks better. I could fairly easily do Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire/Bucks/North London if anyone can recommend.
