auto stop/start on 718 GT4

I've noticed that recently when I come to stationary traffic and depress the clutch, the engine will cut out but then immediately start again? As if I've pressed the accelerator again! I was mainly driving with it disabled so I've not used it very often but does the engine have to be at a certain temp before it works properly?

Lots of things can affect whether it stops or not - engine temp, load e.g. aircon on, radio on etc. It checks a lot of parameters.
