Helmingham advise that they have not received an entry forms from several PHers who've said they wish to attend. They stress that this must be received for insurance purposes.
Helmingham said:

I am having to be quite strict about receiving all entries on time. The closing date is this Friday 15 July, I can extend it to Monday for you but then that is it. We do accept entries on the gate on the day but your members will be charged the same as the public £6 adults and £3 for children and will not be able to park in with the rest of your group.

I hope you can chivvy your members along to get their entries in on time.

Look forward to seeing you on the day.

You should have received a copy of the form in an e-mail from me - the PH Group is Option Two. Please print, complete and post or fax it to them asap. If you didn't get one, please contact me asap.
Thanks

NB Just found out their fax is bust so please post!

John,

Do they usually confirm receipt of the entry forms? I posted mine after we spoke the other day.

The girl who does the entry passes was surrounded by hundreds of them ready to post out, so you should get them soon.

Confirmed entries as of this morning were:

Phil N
Andrew H
Richard Warne
Ian V

Can it be returned at an e-mail .jpeg or .pdf?

Bump for this, got my confirmation today

No concourse run as it's full apparently. Anyone else on it?

From the photo it would be intersting running on a slightly gravelled driveway anyway.

Talking of bumps....you don't want a car with low ground clearance on that drive......

Take a look at Ian's video from last year on PHEA and hear the gasps as cars bottom out..and those weren't the worst.

No problem with my Griffith, but the Noble did go crunch!

The run is a good test of ego versus sense. You want to make lots of noise, boot it and show off to the admiring crowds, but not to spin on the slightly loose suface or slide into the public road at the end

Never mind, you can crash here (not literally 'cos then you won't be able to take the car to the Show) and plaster my bathroom while you're here

Ok you get the mats in and I'll come up on Saturday morning and bash it out.

You do do the full monty builders brekkie?

Just checking the roof rack will fit on the Tuscan.

Yep, as many cornflakes as you can eat. After the milk runs out you'll slow down a bit

Actually have plastering chap coming in next Saturday - he prefers to do it with the bath removed, which is a bit awkward for various reasons but I suppose will allow him to get more of a swing at the 'bosh bosh' bit!

Thats my Noble now and sadly my letter said the concourse was full too

Maybe they only let the "paying" guests go on the run.

Still my front splitter will be pleased to hear the news!

You may find that on the day the rules are relaxed a bit. On previous occasions people just joined the queue to run.

Yes, I`m sure Tuxman joined in last minute with his Ultima last year - but then he was one of the posh "cream tea" brigade!
