Moving from Sky Broadband to Now TV Broadband
Discussion
Hi all,
My Sky Fibre broadband contract is up later this month. We use Sky for phone and broadband, but haven't paid for TV services with them for years. I've been working mainly from home for the last 5 years, and I've been happy with their quality of service over that time.
However, its the usual case of them wanting to put the price up to around £45 a month (after a discount, and even wanting me to pay an activation fee to start a new contract
) - so I've been looking around.
Now TV seem to offer a package equivalent to mine for just £24 a month on a 12 month contract.
So far as I can tell, Now TV is just the Sky service re-branded - but I'm thinking at a near 50% saving, it can't be that simple?
Just wondered if anyone had made a similar move, or knew anything about the quality of Now TV broadband? (and/or how their offering compares to proper Sky Broadband). It's the Super Fibre I'd be looking at.
Thank you,
Steve.
