Apple Lidar sensors

Part of my job is capturing equipment on cellsites. Typically these are 3m x 6m compounds and looking at the 3d scanner apps combined with the lidar sensors, they would perhaps be a fantastic information upgrade.

Anyone used them in anger as of yet?
