Advert not showing...? 'Send Live' button ?

Hi. I recently renewed my ad but now I can't see it when just browsing the classified and when I hit the link in "My adverts" I get a message saying "moderator approved" and a few options tabs inc "send live" together with a "delete" tab that is highlighted in red. If I hit "send live" I get a message saying "this action is not permitted"?

Any advice on how to sort the issue?

I’m having the exact same problem and I’ve been trying to get hold of your stupid customer services for ages with no joy. I’ve paid £30 and my advert hasn’t gone live as of yet!!!

Hi, your ad is now live and we have extended your ad so that the 30 days is from today - sorry for the problems.
