It may not be easy to find out David, but if garaged during that period, the 2,000 mile service gap would not worry me at all.
I have noticed three AMs in my road which are always left outside. They are usually under covers (scratches?), but now a DB11 has appeared, left outside in all weathers without any cover.
The local dealer has a DBX demonstrator parked outside at their entrance. All four discs are covered in corrosion.
(PS - hope the DBX has steel brakes, otherwise I have slipped up.)

Just clear this up for me..... The car has only done 2000 miles since it was last serviced (21 months ago) What is that you don't know what you think about?Surely that cannot possibly be an issue? What if it had only done 200 miles, or 2 miles?

It was serviced Dec 2017 at 1 year old Dec 2018 at 2 years old then not serviced until sept 2020 all main dealer.Surely that cannot possibly be an issue? What if it had only done 200 miles, or 2 miles?
My concern is not with the condition of the car but with the fact its outside of its service schedule and will impact on value when i no doubt try and sell in a couple of years time.

Fisher would have completed a full inspection before sale, maybe also worth getting the licence plate number and looking at DVLA MOT site to see if any advisories.

All owners with mileage cars say this, oh what rubbish.
I broadly agree but there have been issues with seals on shockes drying out and leaking when used just as timing chain gaskets.All owners with mileage cars say this, oh what rubbish.
