While at school today one of my pupils said would you be gutted to go out and find that a bird has crapped in your car? (roof was left off all day) to which i said no not really. on the way out i was wondering if one had, but to my relief it was ok. Got to the gym, spent one hour came out and there it was- bird crap on my seat. Was this kid a child who had special powers?????;)
Anybody out there got covered while driving?

Not bird sh!!!t, but perhaps green fly sh!!!t.
Every time I clean her it's got very small brown stains all over it !!
(takes ages to get rid off)
She's spice yellow, and every bug, bee or fly within a mile radius thinks it's a -in flower.
They don't even wait till it's dry - stick all over it.
Anyone else had a similar problem with the yellow ?
I don't suppose birds have a preference

Funny thing after posting that last night- told my misses who then said i shouldn't be such a poser for having the roof off, gave her some verbal, sat down by the patio window and some bird managed to crap on me inside the house! looking at the angles it must have planned it to precise measurements. even stayed up to watch the lottery (thinking lucky to have bird sh!t) but still won jack sh!t.
Yellow eh? could well be something to do with flowers

I wouldn't dare leave the roof off while parked up at work. There are swallows nesting under the fire escape, and where I park is directly under the flight path. Once the littl'uns have fledged I'd even consider bringing the car cover for protection, to save washing it daily.

There must have been some big mutha of a sea gull peering over my shoulder reading your post earlier today. And then he had an idea ....

When I got out to my 'liz there was a filthy big white/green swirly splattered mess leading from the front passenger wing, on the windscreen, on the padding of the passenger seat and on the roll bar cover. Even better as it was sunny it had dried solid.

Thanks for giving the gull the idea tanman - your a pal.

hehehe couldn't resist this:

Stop that Pigeon

Mutley you snickering floppy
eared hound
when courage is needed, you're
neer around.
Those medals you wear on
your moth-eaten chest
should be there for bungling
at which you are best.

So stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
Howww?

nab him
jab him
tab him
grag him
stop that pigeon now!

You, silly, stop sneaking it's not
worth the chance
for you'll be returned by the
seat of your pants
and clunk, you invent me a
thingamybob
that catches that pigeon or
I lose my job

So stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
stop the pigeon
howww?

nab him
jab him
tab him
grab him
stop that pigeon now!!!
