Chimaera fog light wiring

Wiring help needed please! I'm trying to get the fog light working on my Chimaera-based project. Before I conclude that I have a broken wire, is there anything in the circuit between the switch and the back of the car or should it just be a direct connection? I've got 12V at the output of the switch (all behaving as it should). I've got 12V in the YR wire at the far side of the connector block closest to the switch panel. I don't have any volts in the YR wire by the time it gets to the passenger foot well. So, have I missed something or can I conclude that there's a break in the YR wire somewhere in the loom behind the dash?

I'm happy that the switch end of things is working OK (I have a 12V output when the headlights are on and the switch is pressed; It even goes off when main beam is on like TVR intended). I really just want to know if there's anything further down-stream that I'm missing. I've patched this loom back together after it was cut from a car so I'm never 100% sure that I've physically got all of the parts!
When I rewired my dash panel I draw a pic of the wiring to help make sense of it all.
From the 9 pin plug a Red/Blue wire connects to pin 3 on the switch. This had a separate red/blue wire loop to pin 1 an that had a loop to a spare female spade terminal. So pins 1and 3 had 2 x red and blue wires each and I assume were power feed to the switch. Pin 4 had two Yellow/red wires, one went back to the 9 pin plug and the other fed the fog lamp light.
However, if you have the Main beam on then the rear fog does not come on even if the switch is pushed. The Fog only illuminates when you have the dipped beam on.

I changed to LED lit push switches with a single pole and did this wiring, and they all worked.

Not sure if your car will be going for IVA. If it is then that fog lamp will need to be a minimum of 250mm from the ground. Looks a bit low in that photo.

It's just a re-body so should only need to pass an MOT. If it needs to get through an IVA the height of the fog light would be the least of my issues! Not sure if your car will be going for IVA. Well, the body's from 1938 so it's not exactly new! But yes - it's mechanically (and electrically) a 1994 Chimaera. There's a few photos in another thread somewhere on here and I'll stick an update onto the other thread when the rain stops and I can get some up to date photos. This one is fairly recent but I've been cracking on in the last few weeks so it's moved on a bit. It's not too far off MOT time
