Small dent - get it repaired before lease end? (leaseplan)

Hi all, lease car going back at end of this month, and I have this small dent on the rear wheel arch. Obviously it’s very small, well within BVRLA size etc, but to my untrained eye it looks like there’s a small chip/mark at the centre, which I’m worried will push it into the £175 category, as shown at https://www.leaseplan.com/-/media/leaseplan-digita...

Also worries it might be on the swage line...







Anyone any experience of a car going back with Leaseplan?
