Upgrading from PS4 Pro to PS5

I have been rather jammy and managed to grab a PS5, it should be here next week.
I understand that the upgrade from PS4 is pretty simple; I just connect both consoles up via ethernet (or wifi) and then you can migrate the games and saved data from the PS4 to the PS5, so I basically have all my data and purchases as if I was still on my PS4.
After this I want to give the PS4 to my girlfriend, so that we can play online together. So my question is:
If we don't "wipe" the PS4 and my girlfriend logs in on a new PSN account, will she be able to play all the games that are still saved on the console or will it not let us play the games together at the same time?
Am I better off wiping the PS4 after I transfer over the data to the PS5, and then she just downloads/buys the games again from fresh?

When doing the transfer dont do the games, just take your saves and any video / picture captures, just load the games from disk/download.
Yes you should be able to share, leave your account as primary on the ps4 and also as primary on ps5, when your girlfriend signs on to either I believe she'll have access to your games and will get access to online too (because you pay for PSN).
Obviously for disk games you'll need a second copy

When you say "just load the games from disk/download" can you elaborate please?
Do you mean, keep all games on the PS4 (apart from saves etc), then redownload them on the PS5 (except for disk games)?
What is the benefit of doing this? I presume it will take longer to do this so just curious.

The transfer from the 4 to 5 can take the games from the 4 and put them on the 5. They will reman on the 4. The main issue here is it takes ages I think mine asked for 60+ hours! Although thinking about it mine is an original 4, which has crap wifi, I think its better in the pro?
Anyway, if you load by disk just shove each one in, it will detect updates and you can play astrobot while it does so
Also consider that you might not get all your games on the 5 I had a 2tb drive in the 4. You get about 660gb usable space on the 5.

Ahh OK awesome. So its just a time issue, that's cool.
I'm so happy to hear this, can't believe we won't have to buy games twice and she can just use them from the PS4 library. Class from Sony.
I've just read that Microsoft haven't allowed this on the Xbox, so a big tick in the box for Sony.
