Maths headache

Simple question

How would you work this out?



The question lets you move the graph but ive had a mind fart in how to work it out

5:42 is 42 minutes, which is 42/60 = 0.7 of an hour
5:54 is 54 minutes, which is 54/60 = 0.9 of an hour
etc...

is your vertical axis a bit off? Surely it should start at 0 and increment in minutes up to the maximum length of time it's taken to get home or there abouts?
0-90 roughly?

Ah but it says "in hours". It's almost a trick question, to make you think about the units. As the other poster notes, it's because time is base 60 not base 10, but the chart is using decimal.

So 42 minutes to get home is not 42 or 0.42, it's 42/60, hence the 0.7

Just from a quick look, shouldn't the point for Friday be below the point for Wednesday?
