ISA Server Protocol Definition Problem

Having a problem defigning a new protocol definition in ISA Server.
Looking down the options below Policy Elements every policy element allows the creation of a new element via the 'new' option.
Protocol Definitions however does not. Has anyone come accross this before ? We've been looking through the manuals and we seem to be doing it correctly although we are certaintly not experts !

For array policy protocol definitions, where?
Internet Security and Acceleration Server > Servers and Arrays > Name > Policy Elements > Protocol Definitions
For enterprise policy protocol definitions, where?
Internet Security and Acceleration Server > Enterprise > Policy Elements > Protocol Definitions
The 'New' option should be available via this route.
I know you dont have CUA as such in Windows but a bit of interface familiarity would solve these issues. Bloody MS...
