Evening all,

Until recently, when I started a new calendar appointment in Outlook (Win10 client for Office365), said I wanted it to be a Teams meeting and then added some colleagues to the invite, it would immediately pop up with a pane on the right of the screen helpfully suggesting available times on the day in question.

This now now vanished!!! banghead

I'm now forced to go in to the scheduling assistant and start looking manually through everyone's availability, which is a complete pain in the backside! I've looked through all the settings I can find, but I can't for the life of me figure out what I turned off?!?!

Can anyone help me figure out how to get the availability preview back, please? It's driving me up the wall! furious

Close Outlook, reopen in Safe Mode. Does it work now? If so, a hard look at your running add-ons might help.

If not, repair the installation. If that doesn't work, biscuits for the IT boys...

In the meantime create the Teams Meeting in Teams.
May help with the blood pressure whilst you figure it out.

Sounds like you've closed the helper window.

Do you not have a little button called 'room finder' on the bottom-left of the meeting set-up frame (where the Title, Start/End time is)?

In my version, I can click that to open/close the 'Room Finder' which is also the quick availability checker window.

No idea how to fix it, but it changed recently and it's royally f*cking me off. I assume it's due to a recent update from Microsoft designed to make our lives better.

Opposite of this as it's the Microsoft teams add-in that's not running.

In Outlook Menu bar click File and go down to Options.

In the left hand pane select Add-ins, the Microsoft Teams Meeting add in should be in the Active application Add-ins

If it isn't click Go... next to the mange COM Add-ins and make sure the teams add in is ticked.

Biscuits for Mattley!

Thanks for trying guys, but I've just found out that some pillock at Microsoft deprecated this incredibly simple option in favour of having to go out of the Meeting view into the Scheduling Assistant view where you then have to click "AutoPick" to cycle through available times!
