Any aircooled VW experts care to help me with a value please

I have the opportunity to acquire a 1975 Splitscreen Fleetline panel van in a slightly complex deal, but that’s another story...
It’s a right hand drive South African van, hence it being so late for a splitscreen.
It has been restored and repainted previously a while ago fairly well, but is starting to show a few signs here and there of minor bodywork required to bring it back up to top condition.
In the back is some poorly home-made half-baked camper/day van kit, which needs ripping out really. The fact that it’s a panel van rather than a camper appeals more to me.
Other than that, it’s only the cab that looks a little unfinished, with a mismatched drivers seat and no door cards etc.
It’s a roadworthy, driveable vehicle. Only has an original 1200 engine. Half decent panel vans must be a rarity, but being a late SA model is going to keep it from being worth top end money I would guess, but by how much I don’t know, hence the ask for opinions on values of such a vehicle.
